    The External Construction Coordinator receives direction from Project Managers providing day-to-day administrative support to assist in providing exceptional service to our customers.

    Responsibilities

    • Advanced Computer Skills are key in this role, understanding the customer requirements, communicating and delivering are key components to the success of this position
    • Strong Communicator
    • Exceptional attention to detail and maintaining accuracy in data entry 
    • Knowledge of logical progression of full cycle project management
    • Manage multiple tasks and understand their impact on “big picture”
    • Ability to be a self-starter, work independently and prioritize work load to meet daily and weekly deadlines
    • ​Update Account Manager or Customer to ensure strong communication
    • Commit to both written and verbal updates
    • Interact effectively with employees at all levels of the company
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Advanced computer skills including Outlook Excel, Word, ERP (preferred), Oracle(preferred), Smartsheets (preferred)
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a close team environment
    • Ability to handle many administrative details and routine day-to-day issues independently
    • Organized and efficient; strong attention to detail
    • Possesses flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
    • Ability to problem solve – looks beyond the obvious to find solutions

    Education/Training:

    • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work experience.
    • Knowledge of ERP is strongly preferred
