    POSITION SUMMARY:  The Corporate Receptionist is responsible for attending to visitors and managing inquiries on the phone and face to face.  This position will supply information regarding our organization to the general public, clients and customers.

    • Promptly answer telephone, screen and direct callers
    • Greet visitors and, as applicable, alert appropriate employee of visitor arrival
    • Receive, sort and deliver mail and shipments
    • Manage new and open work orders with Landlord
    • Prepare and appropriately label outgoing shipments
    • Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies
    • Coordinate meetings and organize catering as requested
    • Process new employee ID badges and security access cards
    • Order business cards
    • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
    • Weekly distribution of building announcements
    • Provide general administrative and clerical support
    • Other duties as assigned



    • This position requires a High School Diploma



    • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, strong verbal and written communication skills, professional personal presentation, attention to detail, initiative and reliability.  Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office is a must.
