A new Construction Project Manager position is available at our Corporate Headquarters in Illinois!! We are seeking an experienced professional who can take ownership of his or her projects; is able to work well within the team but also with a lot of autonomy. We need a PM that cares about quality, details, the budget and has a sense of urgency to get the project completed within the project timeframe. This can mean 50+ hours a week at times to get the job done!
Ideal candidate works for a general contractor currently or recently (THIS IS A REQUIREMENT) and has a background in commercial remodel preferably in retail and also has a fantastic attitude and works well within a team environment.

More about this position:
The Construction Project Manager implements the overall project plan for construction activities delivering the projects within budget and at pre-determined cost levels. This individual will work closely with the client providing status updates on timelines as well as budgeted costs and will be responsible for all documentation for change orders.
