Field Managers will supervise all field activities as assigned. They must be willing to provide supervision, direction, quality enforcement and documentation to ensure completion and project job satisfaction. Our Field Managers are the eyes and ears of the company on the jobsite. This work may include managing corrections in the field and holding others accountable for work performed and/or schedule compliance. You will be responsible for coordinating with job superintendents, zoning officials, other trades, subcontractors and employees. By directing and coordinating the process, we strive for higher customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement in quality.


  • Perform a pre-site survey for a complete review of the site conditions should be performed with the installation foremen. The Field Manager should utilize the Pre-site survey form to review the criteria required by blueprint.
  • Working with sub-contractors to identify, prioritize and implement process improvement through quality enhancement methods.
  • Responsible for review that will include visits prior to project initiation to ensure that the location is ready for the required scope of work.
  • Ability to communicate and document any site problems to the construction sub-contractor and achieve correction.
  • Will perform a quality control review upon completion of project.
  • Responsible for a final inspection.
  • Perform quality audits.


  • Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Industrial Education and Technology, Construction Technology or Equivalent experience considered in Carpentry, Electrical, Sheet Metal and General Construction.
  • Minimum of two (2) years job experience in Project Management.
  • Specific experience in the construction trades that operate on a regional or national level.
  • Computer literate and fluent in word processing, database, and spreadsheet applications.
  • Comfortable tracking and managing projects utilizing computer-based project tracking systems.
  • Experience working with permit and inspections departments from various municipalities, must understand how to obtain required documents from a municipal office.
  • Mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of building construction and assembly is desirable.
  • Basic understanding of electrical wiring.
  • Ability to accommodate moderate Regionally based travel
