Overview

Join the Icon team in a temporary, full time, capacity for approximately 3 month assignment. 

 

This position includes day-to-day accounts payable activities and handles incoming phone calls. Also, provides additional support within the accounting department as needed. 

Responsibilities

  • Data entry of invoices. May include invoices being matched to purchase orders, or manual entering of expense invoices.
  • Assists accounts payable team with day-to-day duties such as running reports for closing, cutting and mailing checks, etc.
  • Provides administrative and clerical support as required including sorting mail, answering main phone line, preparing packets for our offsite staff.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred, minimum of high school diploma.  Knowledge of business communication, etiquette, procedures and use of standard office equipment and software required. 
  • Minimum 2 (two) years experience in an accounting position in related financial field.
  • Advanced Excel and Word knowledge preferred.
