As a member of the Installation team at Icon, one will perform fixture installations in small and large retail environments (both existing store remodels and refreshers). One must have a willingness to work both overnight and day shifts per client requirements. The Retail Fixture Installer will report to their Field Managers and Project Managers.

You may be away from home 8 – 12 weeks at a time but this position does not require one to relocate. 

  • Ability to interact with clients and team members in an efficient and professional manner
  • Ability to read plans for accurate installation, location and re-location of various fixtures related to the specific projects.
  • Ability to multi-task while interpreting a variety of instructions in writtem oral, diagram or scheduled form
  • Follow all company policies and safety regulations
  • Ability to work with little or no supervisor



  • Must possess a valid Drivers License
  • Must be able to life, pull and push materials (min. 50lbs.) 
  • Able to complete and submit accurate and timely job reports via iPhone or Tablet through required Icon applications
  • Must be able to track and report expenses via iPhone or Tablet



  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent


  • 1-2 years experience preferred
  • Knowledge of various types of tools and equipment
